Compatibility

Designed primarily for smartphones fitted with a compatible SP Connect SPC+ Phone Case.

Wireless charging performance also depends on the connected smartphone. The device must support compatible inductive wireless charging to receive power without a cable.

This power bank is not directly compatible with older SPC cases unless an appropriate adaptor or compatible SPC+ component is used. Confirm your case and mounting-system generation before purchasing.

Important Information

Wireless charging may generate heat during normal operation. Charging speed can vary depending on the smartphone model, battery temperature, phone settings, case alignment and environmental conditions.

The 5,000mAh rating describes the power bank’s internal battery capacity. The usable capacity delivered to a smartphone will be lower because of voltage conversion and wireless energy loss.

Weather resistance does not mean the power bank is fully waterproof. Do not submerge it or expose it to prolonged heavy rain. Ensure the USB-C port is dry before connecting a charging cable.

A compatible USB power adaptor may be required and is sold separately unless specifically included.
