Bluetooth Low Energy provides a connection range of up to 120 metres, while the Galaxy Find Network can assist in locating registered items beyond the direct Bluetooth range. Search Nearby, Compass View and an audible ring make nearby items easier to find, while NFC-powered Lost Mode can display your registered contact details when the tag is scanned by a compatible smartphone.

PLEASE NOTE

A compatible Samsung Galaxy smartphone or tablet, Samsung account and registration through SmartThings Find are required. Galaxy SmartTag2 is not compatible with Apple Find My and does not contain independent GPS or mobile-network connectivity.

Compass View requires a compatible UWB-enabled Galaxy smartphone. Battery life varies according to usage, device settings, connected features and battery manufacturer. Power Saving Mode disables certain functions, including Search Nearby and IoT controls.

The IP67 rating is based on controlled laboratory testing in fresh water. Water and dust resistance may decrease over time, and the tracker is not recommended for beach, pool or soapy-water use.
