Set up your shot in seconds with the Insta360 Throwpod, a versatile two-in-one tripod and extension pole designed for fast, flexible content creation. Its spring-loaded legs automatically unfold when the base makes contact with the ground, making it easy to transition from handheld filming to a stable freestanding setup.

The Throwpod extends to approximately 1.1 metres for elevated perspectives, group photos, tracking shots and creative compositions. Its wide triangular base expands to approximately 50 cm, providing enhanced stability on suitable outdoor or indoor surfaces.

A universal 1/4-inch mounting screw supports a variety of Insta360 cameras, smartphone gimbals and other compatible equipment.

Important Information

Place or release the Throwpod only from a low, controlled height onto a firm, level surface. Do not throw it forcefully or use it in strong winds, on unstable ground or near edges. Always confirm that the legs are fully deployed and the mounted equipment is securely tightened before filming.

Additional adapters or quick-release mounts may be required for cameras that do not have a built-in 1/4-inch mounting thread. Cameras, gimbals and adapters are sold separately.
