Hi-Resolution Audio

The extended 10Hz–40kHz frequency response allows the HI5 to reproduce a broad range of audio detail when connected to a compatible device and used with suitable high-quality content.

Actual audio performance depends on the source device, file quality, streaming service and volume settings. Hi-Resolution Audio support does not mean that every file or application will automatically play in high resolution.

Additional Information

The HI5 uses passive in-ear isolation and does not feature Active Noise Cancellation. Listening at high volume for extended periods can damage hearing; use a comfortable volume and take regular breaks.

Keep the earphones dry and avoid pulling, tightly bending or wrapping the cable around a device. Disconnect them by holding the USB-C plug rather than pulling on the cable.
