Mips® Protection

The Mips® system incorporates a low-friction layer inside the helmet. During certain angled impacts, this layer is designed to allow controlled movement between the rider’s head and the helmet, helping reduce potentially harmful rotational motion.

Fit and Comfort

The V1 range uses multiple shell and EPS sizes to provide a closer and more proportionate fit. Customisable cheek pads allow further adjustment, while the soft comfort liner can be removed and washed after dusty or demanding rides.

For correct sizing, measure around the widest part of the head, approximately 2.5 cm above the eyebrows. If your measurement falls between two sizes, Fox Racing recommends selecting the larger size.

Ventilation

The helmet’s optimised airflow system helps move fresh air through the interior while releasing built-up heat. This assists with rider comfort during warm conditions and physically demanding off-road sessions.

Care Instructions

• Remove the liner and cheek pads before washing
• Hand wash removable components using cold water and mild soap
• Allow all parts to air dry completely
• Wipe the outer shell with a soft, damp cloth
• Do not use solvents, petrol or abrasive cleaning products
• Do not place the helmet or liner in a washing machine or clothes dryer
• Avoid exposure to aerosol sprays, insect repellent and sunscreen, as these may damage the helmet’s finish
• Store the helmet in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and extreme heat
